This policy explains what information PickAndStake collects when you use this site, and how it is used. We do not process bets, hold funds, or verify player identity — that happens entirely on the operator’s platform after you click through.

We determine your country from your IP address at the server level, in order to display which offers are available in your territory. This is country-level only — we do not request or access your device’s precise location, and no permission prompt is involved. You cannot be individually identified from this.
We use cookies and affiliate tracking links to record when a visitor clicks through to an operator, so that operator can attribute the referral to us. This is standard practice for comparison and affiliate sites. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.
When you click an offer, you leave PickAndStake and interact directly with the operator’s own site, which has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it before signing up, particularly regarding identity verification and payment data.
